Michael Betley – Managing Director

Michael worked in London and Guernsey as a private client partner of a London law firm. 

He has acted as an executive and non‑executive director of regulated businesses and is a Chartered Director (awarded by the Institute of Directors). 

He assists wealthy families and financial institutions in developing wealth management and estate planning strategies. 

Whilst in private practice, Michael was noted as having a leading local presence in The Legal 500.  Michael is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales, the International Tax Planning Association, Institute of Directors, Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (recent past Chairman of the Guernsey Branch and Founder’s Award recipient), Guernsey International Legal Association and sits on the Guernsey Fiduciary Sector Policy Forum. 

Michael is responsible for managing Trust Corporation and retains primary responsibility for many client relationships.
