Michael Heyworth – Director

Michael has specialised in trust law and offers technical and practical support to the rest of the team.

He trained and worked as a solicitor in London and Guernsey during which time he acted for many international based trust companies in advising them on their duties and responsibilities, as well as providing advice to trustees and beneficiaries.

Michael was involved in the management and marketing of commercial enterprises before qualifying as a lawyer.

He is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and the Guernsey International Legal Association.
