Our client companies are established in a range of well regulated jurisdictions including Guernsey, Jersey, the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands, each having their own particular qualities, be that a tax efficient environment, appropriate double taxation treaties, legislative and regulatory advantages or, simply, ease of use.
Our client vehicles include those formed for the purposes of:
- Investment ownership and management (including shares, debt instruments, commercial and residential property, IP rights, receivables and precious metals)
- Premium asset holding (jets, cars, yachts, jewellery, works of art and other chattels)
- Trading activities

Prior to take on, we work with client advisers to ensure that we have a detailed understanding of, those control, substance and mind/management principles that apply to the company’s operations. We then seek to ensure that such principles are adhered to throughout the life of the company. Our client directors and corporate experts manage and administer the transactional activities of our client companies including overseeing asset acquisitions and disposals, funding and security arrangements, investment monitoring, preparation of financial statements, filing of local registry and tax returns and, eventually, liquidation or striking off.
We have dedicated company secretarial and corporate accounting functions, as well as in-house company law specialists. All client companies are administered using a state of the art company management system which is regularly upgraded to accommodate legislative, regulatory and best practise developments as they occur.
We provide a wide range of company services, each tailored to suit the needs of the company in question and including:
- Company formation, administration and management
- Provision of corporate officers
- Provision of registered offices
- Provision of nominee shareholders
- Accounting and reporting
- Corporate governance
