Andrew has spent most of his career working in the investment business in the UK. A former member of the London Stock Exchange his more recent roles have included 5 years as head of the discretionary private client team at Swiss Bank Corporation in the late 1980’s followed by 15 years with Baring Asset Management (“BAM”), where he went on to become Managing Director of the Private Client Group. He left BAM in 2007 to join Sarasin & Partners (S&P) in London. His focus has always been on private clients and with BAM he used to travel to the US and Continental Europe on a regular basis, both visiting clients and marketing to CPA’s and lawyers with an international bias. 2008 saw him remarry and move to live in Austin, Texas where he acts as a business development consultant for a well known financial services group. In 2016 Andrew took on a similar role for Trust Corporation International to help the firm expand it’s footprint and client base in the US.
