Annie is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is responsible for managing a number of client relationships, as well as having oversight for the firm’s corporate secretarial function.  She is our first point of contact for staff on company secretarial matters including changes in corporate governance legislation, guidelines, and regulatory issues and plays a key role in the development of our corporate services processes as well as providing support, guidance and training for staff members whilst maintaining and overseeing a portfolio of complex corporate structures.
