Ivor was previously an operations and client relationship director responsible for the establishment and administration of several Guernsey regulated banks and is an experienced non-executive director having served on client boards including subsidiaries of UK PLCs. He also has extensive lending, treasury and custody experience. More recently he has been responsible for regulatory tax compliance including FATCA and the Common Reporting Standard and is Trust Corporation’s data protection representative. He is an English qualified Barrister, a Chartered Associate of the London Institute of Banking & Finance, a member of the Institute of Directors and an accredited Commercial and Civil Mediator.
