Jonathan has over 20 years’ experience working with individual and corporate clients, managing their offshore structures.

He spent the early part of his career working for a Top Ten accountancy firm in their tax team. Jonathan completed his legal training with Wedlake Bell, a medium sized London law firm where he worked in their Private Client team. The combination of technical experience within the tax and legal fields gives Jonathan a highly informed background which helps him guide clients in the management of their offshore trust and corporate structures.

In particular Jonathan specialises in managing complex arrangements for a diverse international client base including resident, non-UK domiciled families, non-resident families, family offices and corporate clients with a global investor base.

Jonathan is a qualified English solicitor and features in the Citywealth Top 100 leaders list.
