Mark joined Trust Corporation International in 2008 and prior to that he was the director in charge of private client trust services in the Guernsey fiduciary division of Close Trustees (the parent being a FTSE 200 listed company).

Mark manages a range of client relationships including complex family trading and industrial assets. Mark holds a post-graduate diploma in Corporate Governance from Bournemouth University and has been published in trade journals on the subjects of due diligence and compliance. With this skill set he often advises clients on the pragmatic application of corporate governance and compliance principles.
